Jelsie Kerr
B.S. in Environmental and Natural Resources
Clemson University, 2018
Jelsie graduated from Clemson University in 2018 and currently serves as a research technician for the lab. She has assisted with a wide range of projects involving hellbenders, American alligators, patch-nosed salamanders, and (most recently) the federally endangered Carolina heelsplitter mussel. She is currently looking for graduate school opportunities to pursue a MS in wildlife ecology, preferably on a project involving some aspect of freshwater ecology.
During her free time, Jelsie enjoys coming up with mind-bending questions that she enjoys springing on unsuspecting Faculty and graduate students when they least expect it.
